Appointment Cancelation
We all understand that things come up but we do ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service time you are subject to be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Please understand any cancellations that happen within the 24 hour window doesn't allow our team enough time to always fill the spot we had dedicated to you. Our team works on commission and when we have a late cancellation they do not get paid. Imagine showing up to work and finding out you wont be paid for your time there. Please understand we only charge when it's absolutely necessary.
If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. After your first no-show you will be required to put a deposit down to book any service in the future with us.

Late Policy
We understand that things happen, traffic happens, life happens. If you are running a couple minutes behind please call us to let us know. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will have to reschedule you to ensure we are able to stay on track for all guests. We will charge a reschedule fee at that time and it will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. Fee will vary depending on provider.
Child Policy
We all love your children and enjoy being able to see them but due to safety concerns and limited space we ask that you leave the kiddos at home. This is to ensure that all of our guests can have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience and to keep everyone safe.
Refund Policy
We strive to give all of our guests exactly what they are looking for or to help achieve their goals. Our team is human and sometimes we don't hit those spot on. If you are ever unsatisfied with your service please reach out to our team. We do not offer refunds because our providers time can not be given back but we will do our best to address any issues or concerns.
